Cancellation Policy
Client Policies
• Cancellations & Rescheduling:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 20% of the scheduled service total.
Fees are based on the full service price — not discounted or model rates.
• Color Appointment Deposits:
All color services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• If the appointment is canceled, the deposit will not be refunded.
• If the appointment is rescheduled, the deposit will be applied to the new appointment.
Deposits and any related fees are calculated from the full service price.
• Health & Safety:
Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick. For the safety of myself and other clients, you may reschedule without penalty.
• Late Policy:
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule and pay the cancellation/no-show fee, unless prior communication has been made.
If late arrival is communicated ahead of time, your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time.
